A Counter Flow Swimming System uses powerful pumps to draw water in and push it back out through jets or nozzles, creating a current.
The strength and speed of the current can be adjusted to suit the swimmer's skill level or workout intensity.
Swimmers swim against the current, mimicking the experience of a lap pool or open-water swimming without actually moving forward.
